Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern any order placed through this website (the "Site"), operated by GridCast Networks ("GridCast", "we", "us") of 18 Digeni Akrita Ave, Strovolos, 2028 Nicosia, Cyprus [company registration no. — add yours]. 2. Acceptance of these terms

By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree to them, please don't use the Site to place an order.

3. Products, pricing & availability

All prices on the Site are shown in EUR. We take reasonable care to keep prices and stock levels accurate, but errors happen — if we discover a pricing or stock error on your order, we'll contact you before charging you and give you the option to confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

Product images are representative; minor packaging or accessory differences between batches don't constitute a defect.

4. Orders & contract formation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept that offer, and a contract is formed, when we dispatch your order (not when we send the order confirmation email). We may decline or cancel an order — for example if stock runs out or a payment can't be verified — in which case we'll refund any amount already charged.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Where applicable, VAT is calculated and shown at checkout in line with EU rules for your delivery location.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 24–48 hours for island-wide Cyprus delivery; timelines outside Cyprus vary by destination and are shown at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Your right to cancel (14-day withdrawal)

If you're ordering as a consumer within the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. See our Refund & Returns Policy for how to exercise this right and what's excluded (for example, custom-configured or sealed items opened beyond what's needed to inspect them).

8. Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer warranty stated on their product page — typically 24 months on MAG set-top boxes (36 months on the MAG 555) and 24–60 months on network components depending on model. This is separate from, and in addition to, your 14-day cancellation right above.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to attempt fraudulent orders, interfere with its operation, or resell products in a way that breaches manufacturer distribution terms.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and product descriptions belong to GridCast or our suppliers and may not be reused without permission.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If you're a consumer, you may also be entitled to protection under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force at the time you place an order is the one that applies to it. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
