GridCast is a young Cyprus-based supplier, started because we were tired of slow cross-border suppliers and inconsistent hardware. We stock Linux IPTV boxes and network infrastructure in Nicosia, ready to reach operators and resellers anywhere on the island within 24–48 hours.

GridCast was founded in Nicosia by a small team of network engineers who kept watching local IPTV resellers wait two or three weeks for a replacement box shipped from abroad — while a customer sat with a dead set-top box in the meantime. So we started stocking the MAG line locally instead, and built the network gear catalog around the same idea: keep it in Cyprus, keep it in stock.
We're still small enough that the same people testing new stock are the ones answering your support calls. Every box we carry gets checked against real middleware before it goes on the shelf, and every network component is chosen because we'd actually rack it ourselves.

How we got here.
Founded in Nicosia by a small team of network engineers tired of watching local resellers wait weeks for hardware shipped from abroad.
Signed our first stocking agreement with Infomir and opened a small warehouse in Nicosia to hold MAG 540, 544, and 555 locally.
Opened the GridCast online store, giving Cyprus IPTV operators and resellers a local alternative to importing hardware themselves.
Added MAG 544 W3 and a growing network components catalog — still a small team, still island-wide in 24–48h.

24–36 month warranty
Every MAG box ships with 24 months' cover; MAG 555 carries 36. Network components carry manufacturer warranty, typically 24–60 months depending on model.
14-day returns
Unopened stock can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, no restocking fee.
